About Michelle
Michelle is an Insurance and Personal Injury Litigation lawyer with over 20 years’ experience practicing in Queensland and New South Wales. She has resolved over 1,500 personal injury claims, delivering a customised personal litigation service and exceptional outcomes for her clients. She specialises in workers compensation law, medical negligence, motor vehicle accident compensation, public liability compensation and product liability.
Since joining Accident Legal in 2021, Michelle continues to deliver the highest quality of service and legal expertise to clients. She is passionate about ensuring her clients have a full understanding of the legal process and regaining control over their future. Michelle combines her exceptional legal knowledge with compassion and understanding to provide optimum outcomes tailored to each individual client. Michelle is humbled by the trust and confidence her clients place in her and is grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.
When she’s not in the office, Michelle enjoys spending time with her children, often at netball games, reading, meditating, and recording episodes of her podcast P.I. Case Note, simplifying the complexities of personal injury judgments for her listeners.
