About Nicole

Nicole is a dedicated personal injury paralegal with over five years of experience supporting clients through a wide range of legal matters. Her areas of focus include workers’ compensation, medical negligence, motor vehicle accident claims, public liability, and product liability. Known for her compassionate and client-centred approach, Nicole takes pride in guiding individuals through their claims during some of the most challenging times in their lives.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Peace and Conflict Studies, where she developed a strong foundation in human rights and social justice, values that continue to inspire her legal work. She has also completed a Bachelor of Laws and is currently seeking admission to legal practice in 2025. During her legal studies, Nicole volunteered with community-based organisations such as the Caxton Legal Centre and Prisoners’ Legal Service, further deepening her commitment to advocacy and access to justice.

Nicole brings a dynamic background to her role, having previously worked across a diverse range of sectors including sales, administration, office management, warranties and after-sales services, inventory management, and insolvency accounting. She has also undertaken internships with the State Emergency Service, a software company expanding into overseas markets, and the Public Relations team for the Elton John and Tim Rice musical Aida in Essen, Germany, all experiences that reflect her versatility and global perspective.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, exploring nature, reading Tarot cards, and pursuing her passion for writing cosy mystery novels.
