Sam brings over 20 years of dedicated experience in marketing and client relationship management within the legal sector, specializing in fostering strong partnerships between our firm and our valued clients. With a deep understanding of both business development and client service excellence, Sam ensures seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
Sam earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland with a focus on communications and business. She began her career in business development working at a top-tier law firm before joining our team ten years ago, where she has consistently demonstrated her ability to build lasting professional relationships and drive client satisfaction.
As our Client Relationship Manager, Sam believes that exceptional legal outcomes begin with understanding each client’s individual needs. She collaborates closely with our legal teams to ensure every client receives personalised attention and strategic guidance.
